Big rig wreck causes corndog spill

SHREVEPORT - A big rig wreck that spilled corndogs across the highway shut down I-220 in Shreveport for hours Tuesday morning.
The wreck happened around 3:40 a.m. on I-220 West, near the exit onto I-20. The highway was shut down until around 12:30 p.m. while crews cleaned up the mess.
State Police said the truck's driver was heading west on I-220 when the semi flipped and hit a guard rail. The truck's load of corndogs spilled all over the roadway.
No one was hurt in the wreck, and authorities said the driver would not be cited.
