Bama tickets could still be hot commodity
BATON ROUGE- As the Tigers prepare to take on the Aggies of Texas A&M, some fans are already thinking about selling their tickets for the upcoming match-up against the Crimson Tide.
"I'm trying to sell this ticket because you tend to get more money for the Alabama game because a lot of people want to go to that," said Melissa Landeche, who plans to go if her ticket doesn't sell.
While some people just can't fathom not going to what's being billed as the biggest game of the season.
"It's not about the money, it's about being in the stadium, it's a little different than watching it on TV, it's the atmosphere, so I wouldn't miss it," said Eric Fowler, an LSU student.
Right now, tickets on stubhub.com are listed anywhere from $500-$5,000. Stubhub says fans have the option to post tickets on sale and pull them down if they decide to use the tickets themselves.
Louisiana law allows fans to resale their tickets for more than face value on the Internet, unless you are a student or lawmaker.
