Attorney General investigating Powerhouse Gym
BATON ROUGE- The Attorney General's office confirmed to News 2 that it is investigating the failed Powerhouse Gym.
The owners of the gym, Ronnie and Connie Olah, were evicted through a court order last week.
Now customers are trying to figure out how they'll get their money back.
"Ronnie's being evicted and he's got all these bills to pay, so how's he gonna pay me? He owes everybody," said Linda Carpenter, who paid Powerhouse $785 when she signed up in 2011.
"He doesn't like the word scam, well what is it, maybe his intentions were good but he knew he did not have the money," said Carpenter.
The Attorney General's office recommend anyone who feels they're owed money to file a consumer complaint. You can do that by visiting this site or calling 1-800-351-4889.
If you feel like you're owed money or an explanation from the owners of Powerhouse Gym contact Rob Krieger at firstname.lastname@example.org.
