Apps to get you fit in 2014
BATON ROUGE - Bill Gvoich, the Medical Wellness Program Director at Spectrum, gave tips Tuesday on WBRZ News 2 at Noon about how to keep your New Year's resolution to stay fit.
He shared the hottest trends for 2014, tips on keeping it up all year, and recommends apps to keep you on track.
Apps he recommends for a healthier 2014:
Fooducate - To scan grocery bar codes and get a nutrition grade from A to D.
Human - To commit to moving at least 30 min. a day. Your activity will be measured and you will be notified when you are done.
MyFitPal - To record daily food and exercise.
