BATON ROUGE - BRPD arrested a father whose infant was killed Wednesday morning from an apparent self-inflicted shot to the head.
Authorities arrested Shawn Dean, 26, 2944 Iroquois St. and charged him with 2nd degree cruelty to a juvenile and felon in possession of a firearm.
