WALKER- The Walker woman who jumped from a moving vehicle Wednesday is in critical condition at a hospital, police said. Walker Police identified the woman as 26-year old Whitney Shantel Cotton. BATON ROUGE - All lanes have reopened on I-10 East near the Acadian Thruway following an accident involving an 18-wheeler Saturday.
