BATON ROUGE - City leaders in Baton Rouge officially announced the completion of the Staring Lane widening project Tuesday.
Combined with the previously-completed $15 million Staring Lane Extension, the $27.8 million project created a four-lane highway with improvements from Perkins Road over to Burbank Drive.
