PRAIRIEVILLE - Two weeks after a major rain event, residents along Bluff Rd. in the Alligator Bayou area are still flooding. Last Friday, two temporary pumps were installed to clear some of the mess, pumping water from Frog Bayou to Bayou Manchac.
