Youth shelter employee arrested on sex charge
BOSSIER CITY- Bossier City police say a Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter employee was arrested for allegedly having inappropriate sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl at the facility.
Police say 36-year-old Jermario Tywhunn Jefferson, of Shreveport, was booked Saturday with molestation of a juvenile.
Jefferson is being held in the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility, where his bond is set at $50,000.
It was unclear whether Jefferson has an attorney.
