You're no hero, Spider-Man
NEW YORK- A Times Square costumed Spider-Man was convicted of harassing a woman in a spat over a tip for taking a family picture with the character.
He swore, hurled snow and took at swing at Victoria Goreaciuc.
A judge acquitted Phillip Williams of the more serious charge of attempted assaulted. Harassment is a non-criminal violation.
Both Williams and Goreaciuc admit he cursed while complaining that she didn't tip him for posing for a photo with her children last year.
She left but returned and confronted him and says he punched her in the face.
He claims he did it in self-defense after she threw a chunk of snow that hit him in the head.
