07:39:09 Update: Police: Yale lab tech released from custody in investigation of graduate student's killing.
Police in Connecticut say two search warrants for DNA and other physical evidence have been served at the apartment of Raymond Clark III, who is a person of interest in the murder of Yale University Graduate student Annie Le. Clark was taken into custody, and police say he'll be released after police get the evidence they need. No charges have been filed.
