BATON ROUGE- Louisiana State Police are investigating multiple crashes that happened on I-10 Eastbound west of Ramah.

Emergency crews are working to clear the interstate at mile post 128. The right lane and shoulder are blocked but traffic is still passing through the left lane.

Drivers should expect heavy delays around the area and are advised to use Highway 190 as an alternate route.

There is also heavier than normal traffic congestion on I-10 East and West and I-12 West in the Baton Rouge area due to inclement weather conditions.
