WALKER - Authorities in Livingston Parish responded to two traffic incidents this morning after heavy rains there.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office reported a vehicle flipped in some water on I-12 West between Satsuma and Walker. Police and EMS were responding to the wreck as of 10:30 a.m.
Meanwhile Walker Police reported a sheen of oil across the roadway from the Satsuma/I-12 EB exit ramp, across the Satsuma overpass and on the Satsuma/I-12 WB entrance ramp.
They said the oil made the road very slippery, and drivers should use extreme care in that area.
