Investigators with the U.S. Navy say a civilian worker set fire to the submarine USS Miami so he could leave early. Casey Fury faces two counts of arson. The Naval Criminal Investigative Service says he admitted setting the fire because he had anxiety and wanted to leave work. The fire in June caused about $400 million in damage. The sub was at a shipyard in Maine undergoing repairs in dry dock.
