Woman tied up, left in bathroom during strong-armed robbery Friday morning
CENTRAL - Sheriff's deputies spent the morning investigating a call for help from a woman who said she was tied up by some strong-armed robbers Friday morning.
The victim said there was a knock on the door of her home in the 13000 block of Northeast Lane around 9:30 a.m. When the unidentified woman answered, she said two men pushed their way into the home. She was tied up and left in the bathroom, she said, as the criminals stole money and two rifles from the home. The two men were armed with handguns, she said.
Since the attack, crime scene investigators have cordoned off the house and the street near the intersection of Core Lane. The area is between Joor and Blackwater.
Deputies described the suspects as two black males; one man had freckles under his eyes and a tattoo of a "W" on his neck.
