Woman arrested when animals are found very sick
TICKFAW- Deputies in Tangipahoa Parish booked an animal owner on cruelty charges when they found her horse and dog severely ill.
The horse had no food or water. The dog was bloated with an infection and 17 pounds of fluid had to be drained from the dog. Both animals were rescued and are recovering.
Investigators said Lyndora Anthony also threatened them, so she had other charges added.
