Woman arrested numerous times for "huffing"
ZACHARY- Police said they have arrested a woman numerous times for huffing a compressed gas substance while operating a vehicle.
Angela Gipson, 34, was most recently arrested Thursday afternoon after she ran a red light, according to a police report obtained by WBRZ News 2.
The officer wrote Gipson stopped next to him, then pulled into the intersection before the light turned green. The officer pulled her over and found Gipson to be disoriented. The Zachary Police officer said inside Gipson's vehicle were numerous bottles of compressed gas dusters. The officer wrote in the report that Gipson confessed to huffing the chemicals.
Gipson has two similar charges from November and December of 2013 and two charges on the same day earlier in January, where in one case, a Zachary Police officer said he saw Gipson getting high off the container of gas.
