Woman arrested after stabbing boyfriend
BATON ROUGE - A 28-year-old woman was arrested after stabbing her boyfriend around 9:30 a.m. Sunday in the 5200 block of Underwood Ave., according to Baton Rouge Police Cpl. Tommy Stubbs.
Stubbs says Latoya Paul stabbed her boyfriend multiple times in the abdomen and torso after the couple got into an argument. The boyfriend is in stable condition after having surgery.
Paul was booked into parish prison on a count of attempted second-degree murder and a count of domestic abuse.
