Woman accused of sexually abusing child, dog
HARVEY - Sheriff's deputies arrested a Jefferson Parish woman and accused her of sexually abusing a toddler as well as a dog, and videotaping both acts.
Deputies charged Angeline Lodice, 26, with aggravated rape, child porn, crimes against nature and sexual battery.
Investigators told WGNO that the father of the 3-year-old victim first alerted them to the crime, and authorities recovered video and photo evidence of Lodice engaging in the sex acts.
Detectives said Lodice admitted to the crimes, but said she couldn't remember any of the details because she was drugged at the time.
Lodice is being held without bond in the Jefferson Parish jail. She could face a mandatory life sentence if convicted of the rape charge.
