Woman accused of setting dad's boarding house on fire after fight
BATON ROUGE- Fire investigators are looking for a woman they say set her father's boarding home on fire last week.
Miranda King is accused of torching the building at the corner of Terrace and Thomas Delpit after an argument. According to a warrant, King's father evicted her and she became angry.
Investigators said as King was leaving the house she threatened to attack someone who lived there and then lit the structure on fire.
The building burned in a giant glow and filled Old South Baton Rouge with smoke as crews battled the blaze for a short time last Tuesday, May 20th.
