A woman in Bossier City, La. is accused of posing as a high school student's mom to check her out of school for a sex date. Maria Torres-Rivera, 22, is accused of setting the girl up with her brother.

Police in Bossier City say they found the 16-year-old girl having sex with Jose Torres-Rivera in a vehicle in a parking garage. He is being charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and his sister is charged with contributing to juvenile delinquency.

Bossier High School officials say student was disciplined for skipping school, and a staffer was disciplined for failing to follow school procedures, like asking for a driver's license, that would have prevented the student from leaving with Torres-Rivera.
