GONZALES- A woman accused in a deadly hit and run in Ascension Parish returns to court today.

Officials say Kathleen Fitzpatrick was drunk when she ran over a woman, killing her in Prairieville in 2010.

Fitzpatrick was ordered to go to rehab after a second DUI offense where state police say she was three times over the legal limit last August.
