The father of a black girl says his family suffered emotionally after his landlord in Ohio posted a "White Only" sign at their apartment complex pool. Michael Gunn was testifying before a state Civil Rights Commission judge in Cincinnati. He says he was outraged and had to move to safeguard his child from harm. Landlord Jaime Hein claimed hair products used by the girl clouded the pool. The commission didn't buy that and ruled Hein discriminated against the girl earlier this year. In Friday's hearing, the judge was weighing penalties against Hein that could include punitive and monetary damages.
