WHITE CASTLE – Sheriff's deputies are investigating a bank robbery that happened Friday morning.

Sources said the Iberville Bank was robbed just before 11 o'clock. The bank is on Bowie Street south of LA 1.

The robber left in a a silver car and was wearing black clothing.  Authorities hope to release images of the suspect Friday afternoon.
