West Baton Rouge School Board settles Gustav claim
The West Baton Rouge Parish School Board has settled a Hurricane Gustav claim with AXIS Surplus Insurance Company. The insurance company will pay about $850,000 worth of hurricane damage claims. School Superintendent David Corona the district is still negotiating with FEMA about remaining repair costs.
