ADDIS - State officials rescheduled a meeting about improvements to I-10 after it was canceled due to severe weather earlier this week.

Engineers will discuss with the community plans and ideas on how to deal with traffic on the congested interstate between La. 415 and the I-10/I-12 Split. The open-house style meeting will feature DOTD officials along with engineering and traffic experts who will present regional engineering and traffic study results based on input from the initial round of public meetings in August and September of 2015.

The meeting is now set for March 9 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Addis Community Center, 7820 Highway 1 South.
