Week 5 Fans' Choice Winner Michael Early

Denham Springs boosters and players have got this voting thing down. Nearly 4500 votes came pouring in for this weeks Fans' Choice Winner DB Michael Early when he was announced a finalist for the Week 5 award.

Early did his part in the Yellow Jackets 52-21 victory over Zachary with an 81 yard punt return for a touchdown. The sports seems to be coming natural to the basketball player, as he is making an impact in only his fifth football game of his career. Maybe it's beginners luck, or skill, either way Early has the hardware and the memories, not to mention a lot of people in his corner.
