BATON ROUGE- The traffic headache is continuing for drivers in Baton Rouge. Less than an hour after I-10 West on the Mississippi River Bridge re-opened, traffic officials shut down two lanes of I-10 East at College Drive due to an accident. 

According to DOTD, the two center lanes re-opened just after 8 a.m. The left lane opened less than an hour later, leaving just the right exit lane blocked. 

Heavy delays still remain. Congestion from this accident is reaching beyond LA 415 on I-10 East and North 22nd Street on I-110 South.
