WBRSO: Two accused of cooking meth at a hotel
PORT ALLEN - Sheriff's deputies arrested two people they said were cooking meth at a West Baton Rouge hotel.
Deputies arrested David Sahr, 20, and Amanda Shaffett, 31, around 3 a.m. Thursday.
Investigators said they were called to a motel on La. 190 in Port Allen, where the pair were working a meth lab behind the business.
Deputies booked Sahr and Shaffett into the West Baton Rouge Detention Center on drug charges.
