Water's Good, You Need Hops

Three years ago, National Geographic News reported that glaciers continue to melt into the ocean. As noted in a previous Weather News, in Greenland, some entrepreneur's have capitalized on the melt down.  In researching local beerologists such as Patrick Mockler with Mockler-Beverage Budweiser, Ivar Quigley with Smithwicks, and Junior Finnegan with Guiness, the quality of the beer depends on the quality of the water. The Greenland Brewhouse is the world's first Inuit microbrewery, located 390 miles south of the Arctic Circle and collects ice sheets to brew a beer described as "smooth, soft, but not bitter."  The water, stored 2,000 years in the ice sheet is the secret.  Patrick notes - you may have the water but good luck on getting hops delivered to the Arctic Circle.
