SAN DIEGO - Unsealed search warrants show a woman accused of murdering a Marine's wife was obsessed with another defendant who operated a "sex dungeon" at their home and feared the victim was trying to steal him away.
The warrants unsealed Wednesday include a note by suspect Jessica Lopez telling police that she grabbed Brittany Killgore by the ankles and slammed her into the stairs.
The documents were released after a court battle involving The Associated Press and other media. The records say Lopez acknowledged taping Killgore's ankles, wrists and mouth then zapping her with a stun gun.
Lopez says she believed Killgore was trying to come between her and Marine Luis Perez.
Authorities say in the warrants that Perez operated what looked like a "sex dungeon" at their home in Fallbrook, north of San Diego.
Lopez, Perez and Dorothy Maraglino have been charged with murder.
