Warrant issued for failure to register as a sex offender

PRAIRIEVILLE - Deputies in Ascension Parish are looking for a man they say failed to register as a sex offender.
Kelvin Clark, 40, began registering as a Tier 1 sex offender on November 27, 2012. He was given 21 days to complete the registration requirements. As of February 18, 2013, deputies say Clark failed to complete the process.
A bench warrant for failure to register as a sex offender has been issued for him.
