We will see an increase in high clouds this afternoon giving us a mix of sun and clouds. It will become warmer thanks to southeast winds returning to Southeast Louisiana and the Baton Rouge area. High temperatures will be in the mid 60s.
The weather will be pleasant this evening with the clouds and temperatures falling into the lower 60s for the commute home.
The clouds will stick around tonight making it mostly cloudy. We will also see some patchy fog in response to more moisture moving in from the Gulf of Mexico. It will not be as cold with low temperatures in the lower 50s.
Area rivers have either reached their crest, or will in the next 24 hours. For the latest river stage information, check out this link.
