Police in Modesto, California are wading through flooded offices at the dowtown station after a drug suspect broke a sprinkler in the fire supression system. Joseph McHenry was in a second-floor interrogation room when he smashed the sprinkler, sending 350 gallons of water a minute gushing from the ceiling. Water seeped through the floor and flooded the spaces below. McHenry now faces a vandalism charge as well. The city shut off the water and had to turn off the electricity.
