Victim identified in car crash on I-110
BATON ROUGE- The victim of a car crash on I-110 in Baton Rouge Sunday night, has been identified.
Police say 21 year-old Cherie Bonner was a passenger in a car headed south on I-110, when it went off the road in the I-110 curve near the Scenic Highway overpass and hit a tree.
Bonner died at the scene.
The driver, who has not been identified, is in critical condition.
Police say alcohol and speed are factors in the crash.
It remains under investigation.
