Victim identified in Airline Hwy shooting
BATON ROUGE - Baton Rouge Police say a man was shot and killed during a domestic dispute in his vehicle at around 9am Saturday morning.
Detectives say Noel Beauchamp, 55, was shot by his wife several times during the altercation. He died from his injuries.
It happened on Airline Hwy between North Foster Drive and McClelland Drive. The shooting caused Airline Hwy to close for a few hours Saturday morning.
Police say the incident is still under investigation.
