Veteran's Day parade draws crowd
The annual Port Allen Veteran's Day parade was held Sunday afternoon.
The event drew crowds of families and folks ready to show their support for the all Veterans and the troops overseas.
"There's just so much going on in this world," said Lillian Ragan, "we have to support these guys. They're out there defending our country for us that we can have peace, and one day hopefully peace all over the world."
The parade featured floats filled with Vets, marching bands, classic cars, and ended with an aerial display followed by a ceremony at the West Baton Rouge Parish Courthouse.
