An arrest report says Jessica Billiot gave a statement saying she and her father stole vehicles to support her heroin habit.

The Times-Picayune said Joseph Billiot was booked with seven counts of vehicle theft. His daughter was booked with seven counts of being a principal to auto theft.

Both were being held in the parish jail in lieu of bond.
