GREENSBURG - Sheriff's deputies said they're investigating several vehicle thefts and attempted break-ins in the northern part of St. Helena Parish.

Detective Joe Chaney said two vehicles were stolen and several attempts to steal others were made Wednesday night. He said they have no information on the thieves at this time.

Chaney said residents should remove any valuables from their vehicles overnight, and remember to keep them locked and secured.
