Updyke out of prison, possibly headed for La.
OPELIKA, Ala.- Harvey Updyke, the man who poisoned famous oak trees at Auburn University, was released from prison and is reportedly on his way to Louisiana.
He is banned from attending collegiate sporting events as part of his probation.
He is still dealing with charges connected to an arrest in Hammond where employees at Lowe's said he threatened them.
