Update: At-risk boy found safe
BATON ROUGE - Police said a boy who disappeared from a Baton Rouge home this week and may be at risk has been found safe and sound.
Officers said Friday evening that Quantrell Simpson, 12, ran away from a residence on Longfellow Drive on Thursday. His family has not heard from him or seen him since.
Authorities said Simpson has behavioral issues, takes medicine for ADHD, and recently made suicidal comments to his parents.
A few hours later police said Simpson had been found safe.
