U. S. 190 back open after truck wreck, fire
LIVONIA - A section of U. S. 190 in Pointe Coupee Parish is back open, after an 18-wheeler closed it when it overturned and caught fire.
DOTD said all lanes of traffic were back open at U. S. 190 West near La. 976.
The wreck around 3 p.m. shut down the entire roadway for a time, but an eastbound lane opened a short time later.
State Police are investigating the wreck. They said the truck was hauling grain, and nobody was injured.
