BATON ROUGE- Two women face charges connected to a man's death where he was run over by a vehicle and a witness was threatened to keep quiet.

Deputies arrested Kevon Williams, 34, and Lelecia Williams, 35. Kevon Williams is charged with second degree murder and witness intimidation. Lelecia Williams is charged with witness intimidation. Although they have the same last name, deputies said the two women are not related.

Investigators said Kevon Williams drove over the victim, Mark Heald, 46, on Stanley Aubin Lane Thursday after an argument and both women threatened his friend who saw the ordeal.

East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Deputies said the two women told the witness they would kill her if she told anyone what happened.
