Two wanted in store armed robbery

BATON ROUGE - Police are looking for two men who pulled out a gun and robbed Super Stop convenient store off of Foster Drive Monday morning.

Police said one man held employees at gunpoint and demanded money, while the other stole items from the store.

Investigators say the two suspects fled north after taking an unknown amount of cash and stolen merchandise from the business.

Police said the first person was a black male wearing a yellow ski mask, grey t-shirt with black pants and white tennis shoes. The second person was described as a black male wearing dark clothing along with a ski mask and was also carrying a black duffle bag.

Police are asking anyone with tips to contact the BRPD Armed Robbery Division at 389-3845.
