Two injured in LSU lab accident
BATON ROUGE - A university spokesperson said a man and a woman were injured at LSU's dairy school after a lab accident Thursday afternoon.
EMS took the woman to the hospital for treatment after the incident at the LSU Dairy Science Building. According to the school she had significant cuts to her hands and wrists, while the man had cuts to his face.
An LSU spokesperson said the pair was working on an experiment in the lab when a beaker burst. The area has been roped off while authorities investigate.
