A police officer in Shreveport is accused of DWI after a car crash. Police say Kevin Duck, 32, was driving his personal truck when a car, driven by Carolyn Blake, hit his truck Monday. Authorities say Blake was at fault.

Blake was also charged in the crash. Authorities say they found a leafy green substance in her car, and they booked her with possession of marijuana.

Duck, who is a six-year veteran, has been placed on paid administrative leave during the investigation.

No one suffered serious injuries.
