WASHINGTON - The Obama administration is expressing outrage that Syrian troops have fired into a refugee camp in neighboring Turkey. At least six people were wounded. The cross-border attack happened one day ahead of a deadline for Syrian forces to withdraw from cities. The U.S. says the Syrian government appears to have little commitment to the U.N. cease-fire plan.
