BATON ROUGE- Two trusties are on the loose after escaping from LSP headquarters today.

Officers say that Ricky Wedgeworth, 36, of Tennessee and Darian Peirce, 33, of Bogalusa were discovered missing during a periodic trusty check. After an investigation, it was determined that a white 1997 Dodge 2500 van was taken as well. The license plate on the van is DPS-51
