BATON ROUGE- Friday, jurors will continue deliberating whether or not former Alcohol Tobacco Control Commissioner Murphy Painter is guilty of computer fraud and lying to the FBI.
At 10:00 Thursday night, they decided to end deliberations for the day and return the following morning.
Painter, accused of spying on women he worked with and met around town, is being tried before a federal judge.
Earlier Thursday, the judge threw out three aggravated identity theft charges against Painter.
