PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Drivers along Interstate 95 in the northeastern United States are dealing with some wind and rain today as they try to get to their Thanksgiving destinations.

The storm has caused more than 250 flights to be canceled, and many more are delayed.

But some air travelers say they're amazed that the situation isn't more chaotic at the airports today. One woman at Boston's Logan Airport says there were no lines, and it was "really quiet all morning."

The delays may not be over. Forecasters have been warning of damaging winds gusting to 60 miles an hour in Boston and other coastal areas.

The storm is expected to leave about six inches of snow in parts of West Virginia and western Pennsylvania, and up to a foot in an area of upstate New York.

It developed in the West over the weekend, and since then has been blamed for at least 11 deaths. But as it moved east, it wasn't as bad as forecasters had feared.
